INGREDIENTS:-....
Chicken mince ½ kg
Pistachio ground 30 gm
Almond ground 30 gm

Crushed pepper 2 tbsp

Dry mango powder 2 tbsp
Almond chopped 30 gm

Pistachio chopped 30 gm
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped
Gram flour 3 – 4 tbsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Onion chopped 2
Egg half
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Walnut 30 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped
Gram flour 3 – 4 tbsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Onion chopped 2
Egg half
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Walnut 30 gm
METHOD
In a bowl mix together 2 kg chicken mince, 2 chopped onion, 3 – 4 chopped green chilies, 3 tbsp mint leaves, 3 tbsp coriander leaves, crushed black pepper, all spice powder, dry mango powder, ginger garlic paste, ground almonds, ground pistachios and gram flour.
Mix very well.
Now add salt to taste, chopped almond and pistachios.
Mix well, make into patties, shallow fry till golden brown
